3. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

The mobile wallet methods currently active on jeez buzz are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no additional charge for deposits, however your mobile wallet provider's own charges may apply.
3.2 Withdrawal Policy
A minimum balance of ৳1,000 is required to make a withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The jeez buzz welcome bonus is 120% on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw after receiving this bonus, you must complete wagering of 20 times the bonus amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your balance will be ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, you must complete ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagering.
4.2 Other Promotions

4.3 Bonus Abuse
Operating multiple accounts to exploit bonus benefits, creating unusual betting patterns using accounts of family members, or any kind of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, jeez buzz reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
4.4 Wagering Requirements
The rate at which wagering is earned may vary depending on the game category played with bonus funds. Slot games generally count at the full rate, but different conditions apply for live casino or certain table games. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirements.
5. VIP Membership and Cashback
The jeez buzz VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers cashback at a specific rate on weekly net losses — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver and up to 0.8% for Gold. As an example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.
Cashback is added automatically each week. VIP tier progression depends on consistency and level of play — no fixed turnover threshold is set. jeez buzz reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP programme at any time.
6. Gaming Rules and Fairness
6.1 Game Results
All games offered on jeez buzz are operated on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are entirely automated and the operator cannot alter or influence any outcome.
6.2 Bet Cancellations and Disputes
If a bet is cancelled due to a technical fault or server issue, the amount of that bet will be returned to the account. In the event of a dispute over a game result, our system logs will be considered the final evidence.

12. Account Closure and Inactivity
12.1 Closure at the User's Request
You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. Any eligible balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
12.2 Inactive Accounts
If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to the balance of an inactive account, the amount of which will be communicated in the relevant notification.
12.3 Closure at jeez buzz's Initiative
If evidence of rule violations, fraud or deception is found, jeez buzz may close an account without prior notice. In such cases, the bonus balance may be forfeited, but the legitimate deposit balance will be returned subject to verification.
